Meet Kate DeLazzer – Co-Owner, Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating
Kate DeLazzer is the co-owner of Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, alongside co-owner Jeff Flitcroft. Kate helps with plumbing service and plumbing design & sales while supporting the team's commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business, providing her with a strong foundation in effective communication, organizational leadership, and customer-focused business practices. Her educational background and 22 years of hands-on experience help Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating deliver a highly professional, responsive, and personalized experience for homeowners and businesses throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
As a business owner, Kate believes that trust, honesty, and strong relationships are at the heart of every successful company. She is dedicated to helping customers feel informed and confident throughout their plumbing and heating projects while ensuring every interaction reflects the values on which Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating was built.
Outside of the office, Kate is devoted to her family. She is married to her husband, Jason, and together they are raising their 14-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. Much of Kate’s free time is spent supporting her children’s sporting events and activities, cheering them on from the sidelines, and making lasting family memories.
When she has the opportunity to unwind, Kate enjoys spending time on the water and boating with family and friends throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Her appreciation for family, community, and the outdoors reflects the same values she brings to Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating every day.
Balancing family life with business ownership has strengthened her appreciation for dependable home services and the importance of treating customers like neighbors.
